Symphonic Contact Technical Support

Is it really free?
Yes, Symphonic Contact is freeware. You should still read the license agreement. However, Symphonic Contact is only supported through the website and user message boards.

Why does it ask for a serial number or password?
Symphonic Contact was not planned as a free product. When the software asks for a serial number when trying to access the user manager just use the words "notme". This is leftover from the change to freeware.

Symphonic Contact Future Plans:
There will be a new version of Symphonic Contact around the end of August or September 2002.. We have decided to go ahead and make a robust, feature rich, easy to use personal information manager that is still freeware.

Changes Being Made To Symphonic Contact:

  • Adding ability to use more than one database file.
  • Removing multiple user feature (too confusing!).
  • Adding user defined fields.
  • Adding support for Avery Mailing Labels
  • Email List Creator
  • Task Area moved to main windows - enhanced.
  • Adding ability to Compact the database
  • Auto-Email and Dial
  • More Contact Fields
  • Will be able to print Birthday Bios prints directlly from interface.
